1664 Beer Beauty VFX

VFX and Compositing for 1664 TVC

The Challenge

Bring this film to life by blending live action elements with eye catching transitions and VFX work.

This production utilised a motion control camera capable of fast complex moves and these complex moves needed to blend together.

This was an EPOCH Design Production for Carlsberg Breweries A/S

Our Approach

Collaboration from the start was integral to this projects’ success.

We worked with Epoch throughout the planning of the shoot to guarantee the director’s vision was brought to life in the best possible way.

From CG Bottle cap animation and mist effects to complex transitions and label replacements, our work is visible in all aspects of this production.

Gecko’s contribution was also in flexibility to a constantly changing brief allowing ideas in the edit to blossom and flow.

Working with Gecko, throughout the entire shoot process has been incredibly collaborative. The quality of work Gecko and our team were able to deliver was brilliant due to their ability to blend live and digital elements together, to an unnoticeably, photorealistic standard.
