Full CG Animation and VFX for Virgin Galactic
The Challenge
To showcase the New Design of Virgin Galactic’s Delta class spaceship. “Make it look COOL'“ was essentially the brief and we just love to hear that.
Our task was to come up with a film that best reveals the new technology by balancing photorealism with vibrant effects.
Our Approach
Inspired by high-end Formula 1 car launches, we combined cinematic camera work with highly detailed 3D modelling, shading and VFX.
Directed by Jonathan Lax, this focus on detailed photorealism and cinematic effects results in a highly engaging and gorgeous state of the art technology showcase.
This project has taken our long-running collaboration with Virgin Galactic to a new level as we delivered this large-scale production from beginning to end.
