We were hired during the post-production of this live-action television commercial and additional tv-spots. Our work on this production involved tracking shots, animated 3D elements for the tv-spots and the CG elements in the final shot.
The final shot needed 90 Thomas Cook employees holding up boards with a message written on them. The campaign required many different messages to be shown over several months so we had to create a CG shot that could be easily altered. 3D models of people holding the boards were animated and composited into the shot. This provided us with the flexibility to change the message on the boards easily.
