We were involved in the pre-production of a commercial for Philips advertising their range of electric shavers. This was a project for DDB London.
Our role was to create visual reference for the production using materials from their design stage that were still in development. The designs and sketches of their beautiful robotic character were intricately detailed and we were able to bring them to life in 3D.
We created and posed the highly detailed robot model and rendered it to provide an image for DDB London that they could then use as reference prior to production. The robotic character was then used in the Philips television commercial broadcast all over the world. Since then, to better visualise our work we rendered a short fly-by animation of our model.
